Have you ever been in a spot where you needed a job?  So you took about anything.  And then realized problems with a poorly managed company are real.  This is a place to post these type of stories so others looking for jobs could be aware of poor working situations;  poor management, no job description problems, all commission jods, unethical motivation tactics, changing quotas etc....  WE are not saying that all jobs without a job description or just commission are bad but a lot are and some are in the grey ares so we want you to submit your experiences on this site.  No company or manager names but a city or place is fine.
