 Enter resume and "Load"

Go to monster or dice and find current job ads and select and copy and then paste in "new" document.  And then "Load." 

Push "analyze" button.

Look at the words in the ranking chart.

Top ranked words are words and phrases you are using to express skills.

Lower ranked words are words that HR is looking for but not in your resume

Update resume using new words yet that are in your skill set.
